Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our utmost to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 15:30 will be sent the same day. However, we do not always succeed in this, sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. An indication of the delivery time can be found on the product page. If for whatever reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The shipping costs for the Netherlands are:
- International letterbox parcel up to 100 grams €3.95
- Free for orders over €50,-
The shipping costs for Germany are:
- International letterbox parcel up to 100 grams €8.95
- Free for orders over €100,-
The shipping costs for Belgium are:
- International letterbox parcel up to 250 grams €8.95
- Free for orders over €100,-
The shipping costs for France are:
- International letterbox parcel up to 100 grams €13.95
- Free for orders over €100,-
Shipping costs for United Kingdom (UK) amounts:
- International letterbox parcel up to 100 grams €14.95
- Free for orders over €150,-
Delivery is via the PostNL postman or parcel deliverer. Within the Netherlands, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.
