Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty.
So, did you receive an item that was damaged? Please report this within 24 hours by sending an email to info@thedezzyfactory.com . Please include your order number, product name and attach a photo of your complaint. We will look into it as soon as possible and come up with a suitable solution.
Please note: it is important that you let us know within 24 hours if the item is damaged (due to the lack of plausibility that the damage was not caused by yourself). If you report this later than 24 hours, the warranty will expire.
Complaints
It can always happen that something does not go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by sending an email to info@thedezzyfactory.com . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting Webwinkel Keur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil . As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
